Pack your belongings in an orderly fashion. Check out your unit before you move your belongings in to make sure everything can fit and fit properly.

May I own more than one unit?
Yes.
May I move my belongings to another storage unit of a different size if I need to?
Yes.
How do I know my belongings are safe?
Our units are clean and secure. We have an excellent security system and a facility like a fortress. Your locker can only be accessed by your own key. We take the safety and the security of our clients' valuables seriously.
What happens if I misplace my key to my unit?
In the event that you misplace your key or you believe it has been stolen, we will cut your lock off and replace it with a new one. There will be a charge for the replacement lock and key.
How should I pack my belongings?
Pack your belongings to insure their safety in both transport and storage. Be sure to use bubble wrap, packing peanuts, newspaper, etc to cushion objects that are packed in boxes. Seal items properly with packing tape. Make sure you pack fragile objects in their own boxes, or on top of heavy objects.
Are extra packing materials available on site?
Yes.
How far in advance must I reserve my storage unit?
No reservation needed!
Is there a mandatory time slot for how long I must store my items?
No, store your items for whatever period of time fits your needs.
Are there moving carts available?
Yes.
What are the payment terms?
Monthly payments via cash, check or credit card. Payments are made on the first of every month the unit is occupied. Rates for units can be found here.
Does the temperature of your facility drop below 32°For rise above 90°F?
Yes. This may affect the decision as to whether or not you would like a regular or a climate control unit depending on what you plan to store.
What objects are suggested to be kept in a climate control unit? Why?
Collectibles (models, paintings, photos, records, etc.), antiques, electronics (cameras, computers, audio equipment, etc.), glass, rustable metals, leather and some plastics. Extreme temperature changes during winter and summer can affect objects in a unit. In cold months, the inside of the unit can become frigid and sometimes cause damage to certain objects sensitive to the cold. While during the summer, the inside of a unit can become very hot and melt items. Fabrics and photos may also degrade and fade. Fungus may also grow in certain temperatures. While these occurrences do not happen often, sometimes it is better safe than sorry.
